How does our 1+1 promotion work?

When you buy multiple participating products, you get one free for each one you buy – and the cheapest product is automatically deducted as free.

Buy 2 = pay for the most expensive one, get the cheapest one free

Buy 4 = pay for the 2 most expensive ones, get the 2 cheapest ones free

At EquiElite, you can easily and quickly create a user account.

The benefits of having an account:

  • The address details from your most recent order are automatically loaded when you place an order while logged in
  • Save multiple shipping addresses
  • View your order
  • Quickly and easily reorder a previous purchase
  • Complete the checkout process faster

Account: Order Status

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us containing your order details. Once your package has been packed, you will receive another email with a Track & Trace link. Through this link, you can view the estimated delivery time and the status of your shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

DHL – Parcel Delivery
If all products are in stock, DHL will deliver your order the next day to the delivery address you provided. Delivery takes place on weekdays and Saturdays between 08:30 and 18:00. As soon as we’ve packed your order, you will receive an email from us with an estimated delivery time — so you won’t have to wait unnecessarily.

Not at home?
If you’re not home, your parcel will be delivered to your immediate neighbors by default. If that’s not possible, the parcel will be taken to a nearby DHL ServicePoint. The courier will leave a card in your mailbox. Using the code on this card, you can check via Track & Trace where your parcel is ready for pickup.

It’s important to pick up your parcel within one week, otherwise it will be returned to the sender.

Prefer a new delivery attempt?
You have until 11:59 PM to request redelivery. You can choose from different delivery dates and time slots. You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to a different DHL ServicePoint.

Shipping & Delivery: Delivery times

Orders paid via iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay and completed on business days before 12:00 PM will be shipped within 2 to 3 days (provided the products are in stock).

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday. Your package will then be delivered the next day to your home or to a pick-up point of your choice.

If (part of) your order is not in stock, you will be informed by email.

Shipping & Delivery: Returns

You may return your product(s) in undamaged and unopened original packaging. To return your item(s), you must request a DHL return label from our customer service team. This label should then be printed and attached to the top of the parcel (provided the 14-day return period has not been exceeded). After that, you can drop off the parcel at a DHL ServicePoint.

If you choose to return the product on your own initiative, or through another carrier, the direct return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

The full purchase amount, including any shipping costs paid, will be refunded to you as soon as possible — no later than 14 days after you notify us of the return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Instead of the procedure described above, you may also use the European model withdrawal form. You can send the completed form to us via our contact form.

For a fast processing of your return, we recommend including a copy of the original invoice (or other proof of purchase) with the returned item(s). We would appreciate it if you could also include the reason for return, although you are not required to provide one.

Shipping & Delivery: Wrong Item Delivered

If a mistake was made by us during delivery (for example an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order), we recommend contacting us by email right away and requesting a DHL return label. We can then send this label to you by mail or email. Without this label, your parcel will not be accepted as a return by the DHL Parcel Shop.

You can drop off your parcel with the label at any DHL ServicePoint of your choice.

Shipping & Delivery: Netherlands Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 including VAT for orders up to a value of €49.99. For orders with a value of €50 or more, no shipping costs will be charged for delivery within the Netherlands.

Verzending & Bezorging: Verzendkosten naar het buitenland

Uiteraard is het ook mogelijk om een bestelling naar het buitenland te laten versturen. Echter op dit moment is onze webshop daar nog niet op ingericht. Stuur daarom een e-mail naar: equielite@bluejais.com en wij kijken samen met u wat er mogelijk is.
